400 ml Beef stock
60 ml Soy sauce
30 ml Mirin
15 g Brown sugar
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Ginger
1 medium Bell pepper
150 g Broccoli florets

Preparation

- 4.Chop the into smaller pieces if needed
- 5.Slice the into thin rounds, keeping white and green parts separate

Instructions
