A fusion of Philly cheesesteak and smash burgers served in warm taco shells, loaded with sautéed peppers, onions, and melted cheese.

Ingredients

300 g Ground beef
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 medium Green bell pepper
1 medium Yellow onion
100 g Cheddar cheese
4 whole Soft taco shells

Preparation

  1. 1.Wash the and slice it into thin strips, removing the seeds and stem.
  2. 2.Peel the and slice it into thin strips.

Instructions
