Berry Bliss Smoothie Bowl with Crunchy Granola

A refreshing smoothie bowl made with blended mixed berries, banana, and Greek yogurt, topped with homemade granola, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of honey.

Ingredients

300 g Mixed berries (frozen)
1 whole Banana
200 g Greek yogurt
100 ml Milk
2 tbsp Honey
100 g Granola
150 g Fresh strawberries
100 g Fresh blueberries
2 tbsp Coconut flakes
30 g Almonds (sliced)

Preparation

  1. 1.Thaw the 300g mixed frozen berries for approximately 5 minutes until slightly softened
  2. 2.Peel the banana and break it into chunks
  3. 3.Slice the almonds if not already sliced
  4. 4.Rinse the fresh strawberries and slice them into bite-sized pieces
  5. 5.Rinse the fresh blueberries and pat dry with kitchen paper

Instructions

  1. 1.Add the thawed mixed berries, banana chunks, 200g Greek yogurt, and 100ml milk to a blender
  2. 2.Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds until smooth and creamy, ensuring no lumps remain
  3. 3.Divide the smoothie mixture evenly between two serving bowls
  4. 4.Drizzle 1 tbsp of honey over each bowl
  5. 5.Layer the granola, fresh strawberry slices, and fresh blueberries on top of each smoothie bowl
  6. 6.Sprinkle the sliced almonds and coconut flakes over the toppings
  7. 7.Serve immediately whilst the smoothie base is chilled and the granola remains crunchy
