
Berry Bliss Smoothie Bowl with Crunchy Granola

A refreshing smoothie bowl made with blended mixed berries, banana, and Greek yogurt, topped with homemade granola, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of honey.
Ingredients
300 g Mixed berries (frozen)
1 whole Banana
200 g Greek yogurt
100 ml Milk
2 tbsp Honey
100 g Granola
150 g Fresh strawberries
100 g Fresh blueberries
2 tbsp Coconut flakes
30 g Almonds (sliced)
Preparation
- 1.Thaw the 300g mixed frozen berries for approximately 5 minutes until slightly softened
- 2.Peel the banana and break it into chunks
- 3.Slice the almonds if not already sliced
- 4.Rinse the fresh strawberries and slice them into bite-sized pieces
- 5.Rinse the fresh blueberries and pat dry with kitchen paper
Instructions
- 1.Add the thawed mixed berries, banana chunks, 200g Greek yogurt, and 100ml milk to a blender
- 2.Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds until smooth and creamy, ensuring no lumps remain
- 3.Divide the smoothie mixture evenly between two serving bowls
- 4.Drizzle 1 tbsp of honey over each bowl
- 5.Layer the granola, fresh strawberry slices, and fresh blueberries on top of each smoothie bowl
- 6.Sprinkle the sliced almonds and coconut flakes over the toppings
- 7.Serve immediately whilst the smoothie base is chilled and the granola remains crunchy
